Saxophone Sheet Music and Song Books

A wide variety of saxophone sheet music and song books can be used for practice, enjoyment, auditions, and performances. Widening your repertoire ensures you always have something to play for any occasion. Similarly, learning and mastering a wide variety of genres keeps your technique fresh and helps to polish your presentation skills.

There are no standard collections of saxophone songs for amateurs. However, there are songbooks containing both popular and obscure melodies in simplified versions for inexperienced players. There are also songs recognized by teachers and experienced saxophonists as easier to play and, therefore, more accessible to amateurs. Some of these include "Mary Had a Little Lamb," "Happy Birthday," and "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star."
